2. Deposits & Withdrawals

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). nag888 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is not offered on the platform.

2.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your nag888 balance instantly upon confirmation of payment.
• Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your account balance.
• nag888 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees levied by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

2.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day for amounts up to ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals in excess of ৳50,000 may require additional identity verification and may take up to 3 business days to process.
• nag888 reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

2.4 Anti-Money Laundering

nag888 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. All transactions are monitored for unusual patterns. nag888 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or permanently withhold any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. 3. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

3.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by nag888 are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each offer will be stated clearly at the point the offer is presented to you. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount.

3.2 Bonus Restrictions

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash until wagering requirements are met.

3.3 Expiry

Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days after the bonus is credited unless a different expiry period is specified in the promotional terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

4. Game Rules & Fair Play

4.1 Game Integrity

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nag888 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit inconsistencies in nag888's odds.
• Placing bets with the primary intent of meeting bonus wagering requirements with minimal risk (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting").
• Providing false personal information during registration or identity verification.

4.3 Disputed Results

In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the outcome recorded by the nag888 server shall be considered final. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. nag888 will investigate all disputes in good faith and communicate its findings within 14 business days.

5. Sports Betting Terms

5.1 Bet Acceptance

nag888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any sports bet at its sole discretion. Bets are only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation message with a unique bet reference number. In the event of a system error during bet placement, nag888 is not liable for any resulting losses and will endeavour to restore affected accounts to their pre-error state.

5.2 Voided Bets

Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: the match or event is cancelled or abandoned before completion; the market is suspended due to irregular betting patterns; or an error in the published odds is identified prior to settlement. In all cases of bet voiding, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.

5.3 Cricket Markets

nag888 offers betting markets on BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral Test and ODI series involving the Bangladesh national team, and other major international cricket tournaments. In-play markets for cricket close automatically at the fall of each wicket and reopen within a short delay. nag888 is not responsible for any in-play bets placed after the actual occurrence of an event but before odds have been suspended due to data feed delays.

6. Account Suspension & Closure

6.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your nag888 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied or forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 2 business days.

6.2 Suspension by nag888

nag888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Abuse of the bonus system or promotional offers.
• Use of prohibited software or automated betting tools.

Where an account is suspended due to confirmed fraud or Terms violation, nag888 reserves the right to retain any balance held in the account pending investigation and, where appropriate, to forfeit such funds.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nag888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, game malfunctions, interrupted internet connections, or third-party payment processing delays.
